DALI (YUNNAN,P.R CHINA) - PONDICHERRY (INDIA) FRIENDSHIP COLLABORATION 大连（云南，中国） - 本地治里市（印度）友好合作

A vision and a Project to establish the first Bilateral Friendship City Collaboration between Pondicherry, India and Dali P.R China.

During, 2015 , We coined the Project name Dali~Pondicherry Friendship City, by initiating collaboration between Pondicherry University and Dali University . 2016 , July 28th , Representatives of Puducherry , signed Minutes of the Meetings for Bilateral Relationship . 2016, October 20th , Peoples Government of Dali Prefecture showed their interests in establishing a center of Yoga training in Dali , Cooperation for Tourism development and to establish a Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital branch and training center in Puducherry.

一个愿景和一个建立第一个双边友好城市合作的项目，印度本地治里与大理中国。 2015年，我们通过启动本地治里大学和达利大学的合作，创造了项目名称大理〜本地治友友城。 2016年7月28日，浦都新西兰代表签署了双边关系会议纪要。 2016年10月20日，达赖县人民政府表示有兴趣在大理建立瑜伽培训中心，合作开展旅游业，并在浦项里建立中医院分院和培训中心。​
