We Establish and Promote Friendship , Cooperation and Collaborations in the fields of Culture and Education .
Area of Operation includes India ,Europe , Asian Countries , China and its Neighboring Countries.
PECO wish to establish Friendly cooperation between India and its Neighboring Countries through Cross-Cultural exchanges , Educational Collaboration , Bilateral Communication ,

We Promotes Cultural Exchanges and its Understanding through establishing Global Friendship and Collaboration.

We provide understanding in Cross Cultural Collaborations.
Today we are living in a Cross cultural society.The Mixing of Peoples , The Churning of Living together , Penetrating the Minds of an existing Culture by a moving Cultural folk , whom we call the Travelers .The increasing ethnic diversity among current population.Cultural diversity is increasing worldwide as immigration, travel, and the global economy make national borders more permeable. We are looking towards it and Peoples of Every age , Lady or Lad ,is contributing voluntarily towards a Friendly Cross cultural life. We believe in The Unity of Mankind through Collaboration and Synergy.

Unity , Synergy and Collaboration
(ii) Develop and Establish International Cross Cultural Collaborations Between Academia and Industries ( Educational Institutes & Industries -Schools ,Univ. & Colleges ) . Healthcare Industries and Companies ( Yoga , TIM and Naturopathy etc. Holistic Healthcare sectors. (iii) Promote Cross Cultural Exchanges and its Understanding Between International Cities, Villages and Countries.
